It was a great location I choose to visit Eurobasket 2022, Mercedes Benz Arena is 2 mins far from hotel. Hotel looks modern, bath equipment is great, room was clean. Hotel helped me to change reservation dates due the flight changes and allow to use my early booking price per day. So thanks for understanding.

It was a good property, clean, quiet, peaceful and well located next to the Mercedes Benz arena, lots of restaurants, pubs etc and the train station just about 5 mins walk away. Staff most cordial and always ready to help out. Breakfast....was a kings feast it was awesome always

The room was very nice. Comfy bed . the breakfast was Exceptional ! Never seen such a vast array of sumptuous food. Amazingly good. Proximity to Verti venue ,the reason for booking for Bob dylan three nights . View from room of river Spree and the section of the wall with artworks .staff were great and no problem with only speaking English.

The hotel is located approximately 3.8 km from the Alexander Platz so if you like walking, it is OK. It is circa 4 km away from the "Museum Island" - again, for those who like walking it is ideal. The hotel is next to the Spree River with its colorful embankment. Next door is the Mercedes Benz Arena with access to cinemas, stores and restaurants. So, all in all, I think our stay was pleasant, we have visited most of the places we wanted to and we like long walks. The room was a little small and claustrophobic but the view was superb - the windows overlooked the Spree River. Breakfasts were a little dull with a rather limited variety of foods but please do note that this is a 3 star hotel so you need to curb your expectations a little and "operate within a 3 star universe" comparing this hotel's facilities with the others in the same league. So, for a 3 star hotel, it is reasonably priced, nicely located, food is decant and acceptable but will not leave you stunned.

Great location overlooking the East Side Gallery and well situated for easy transport everywhere else in Berlin (only a 10 min walk to Ostbanhof station, for example). The room seemed to have been recently renovated -- it was small but in great shape with all the amenities one would expect for this price band. The breakfast was much more generous than I'd anticipated. I'd booked this as an emergency, last-minute booking after my flight out of Berlin was cancelled, but I almost wish I'd stayed here for the duration of the holiday itself. All around, great value for the money.
